Are you ready to be part of this journey? 🚀 Mission We are seeking a Software Engineer (Python) to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs.
* Implement and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability.
* Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Technical Requirements
* Experience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
* Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
* Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
* Experience with containerization and orchestration.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
* Knowledge of cloud environments (we are using AWS).
* Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
* Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest) and debugging tools. Nice to Have
* Experience with async programming (asyncio, Celery).
* Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
* Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and performance.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of features and issues. Education & Experience
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
* 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development with Python.
* Proven track record of contributing to large-scale production systems.

* Salary range: €40,000 – €50,000 gross per year.
