The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of LAN infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across customer environments. This role can be based in either Turin or Milan and will require onsite working. /p /brh3What will you be doing? /h3 /brpThis role requires a customer-focused professional with a strong architectural mindset, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and willingness to participate in on-call support and onsite activities when required. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) : /p /brul /brliDesign, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WLAN, and network security solutions. /li /brliManage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus switching platforms. /li /brliDesign, deploy, and administer Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) environments, including Network Access Control (NAC), authentication, authorization, and segmentation policies. /li /brliDeploy, manage, and optimize Cisco Wireless infrastructures. /li /brliConfigure and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking services including: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, OSPF, BGP /li /brliLead technical activities for infrastructure refreshes, transformations, migrations, and technology upgrades. /li /brliProduce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), operational procedures, and technical documentation. /li /brliCollaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. /li /brliParticipate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and service reviews. /li /br /ul /brh3Who are we looking for? /h3 /brul /brliProven experience in enterprise LAN and Wireless environments. /li /brliStrong expertise with: Cisco Catalyst Switching, Cisco Nexus Switching, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless Infrastructure /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of: LAN architecture and design, Enterprise campus networking, Routing and switching technologies, Network resiliency and high-availability solutions, Network segmentation and access control /li /brliStrong understanding of routing protocols including OSPF and BGP. /li /brliProven experience supporting manufacturing and industrial environments, including production facilities, warehouses, and business-critical operational sites. /li /brliExperience managing network refresh, migration, transformation, and deployment projects. /li /brliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliArchitectural and solution-design approach to problem solving. /li /brliTeam player with leadership attitude. /li /br /ul /brh3Why come and work with us at Systal? /h3 /brpCompetitive salary and benefits package. /p /brpUnrivalled training and development, ensuring you stay at the top of your field.
