Overview In this role, you will support the Visual Merchandising Director with global budget planning, monitoring, and cross-functional project coordination to align investments with Marketing strategy. You’ll analyze investments for displays and visual tools, preparing clear management insights. Your work enables data-driven decisions, resource allocation, and timely project execution across international markets. This is a hands-on role shaping how VM investments drive growth within a premium brand. Retribuzione / Benefits

* Consolidate regional VM investment needs at HQ, manage worldwide budget planning and monitoring, and track allocations, forecasts, and actuals to align with global priorities.
* Develop costed investment analyses for window displays and visual tools, providing detailed breakdowns at project and annual budget levels.
* Prepare management reports and slide decks on budget performance, investments, and project updates for the VM division.
* Support the VM Director in cross-functional project development and coordination; participate in marketing meetings; ensure follow-up and alignment on priorities and timelines.
* Coordinate VM team activities; serve as main contact for other departments to enable effective project execution; monitor adherence to contractual terms and project requirements in collaboration with Procurement. Requisiti fondamentali
* 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management or similar analytical roles.
* Experience in budgeting, data analysis, performance monitoring, and project coordination.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders across functions.
* Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, international environments.
