* Ship a new AI agent experience every 6 weeks with reliability and minimal technical debt
* Architect and implement scalable, testable mobile solutions (iOS & Android) that scale with replicated agent capabilities
* Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) for ~70% of coding to accelerate delivery
* Ensure cross-platform consistency by enabling rapid web-to-mobile feature parity in collaboration with Product, Backend and Frontend teams Requisiti fondamentali
* Mobile expertise with strong production experience in Kotlin or Swift
* Startup mindset with ability to balance velocity and quality; scale-up or regulated industry experience is a plus
* AI knowledge and daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to boost output
* Adaptability to work outside comfort zone and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
