Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
* Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
* Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization across the market.
* Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability.
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance.
* Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. What We’re Looking For :
* Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
* Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred. Salary
* 65,000
- 69,000€ annual gross salary
* Level Quadro
