* Independent organization and management of the bistrot kitchen
* Preparing and finishing all dishes on the bistrot menu
* Mise-en-place and preparation for daily service
* Ensuring consistently high quality in terms of taste, presentation, and preparation
* Responsibility for the order, cleanliness, and organization of your own work area
* Inventory control and timely coordination of supply needs
* Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
* Working closely with the head chef as well as the service and bar teams
