Key Responsibilities
* Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and links, according to established policies and guidelines.
* Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively to make accurate, well-informed decisions.
* Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and ensure platform standards are upheld.
* Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful, inappropriate, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
* Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
* Share feedback and recommendations to enhance moderation processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all platform policies when handling sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
* Keep up to date with policy changes, moderation best practices, and emerging online safety challenges through continuous training and development.
