As part of a global team, you will contribute to our cultural and agile transformation journey and help drive positive change across the organization We are looking for a person with a passion for organizational transformation and innovative approaches in culture shaping How you will support the Team:
* Contribute to various initiatives to a new DAB dynamic culture, including Internal Communities, Agile Days, Learning Week, Continuous Learning programs, and implementation of a new Leadership Model.
* Support the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
* Analyze current company ecosystems, including startups, universities, and remote teams.
* Develop training materials to support learning and development initiatives.
* Learn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects. Who you are:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field;
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
* Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.
* Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
