Operations Manager, FC Operations

Overview You will lead site operations to drive safety, quality and productivity, shaping the operational plan with a team of Area Managers. You’ll act as the link between operations and support functions, delivering initiatives that improve performance and capacity. This role offers the chance to influence day-to-day execution and explore new ways to innovate at scale. You’ll work in a fast-paced fulfilment environment where data guides decisions and leadership supports your teams to perform at their best. Responsabilità
* Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
* Lead shift-based operational teams, address issues, and improve site performance
* Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
* Design and deliver initiatives to enhance operational performance

* Bachelor
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in Italian
* Experience in data-driven business operations processes
* Experience managing teams
