* Lead/participate in HAZOPs and HAZID workshops and safety reviews at Client premises
* Coordinate Technical Safety aspects across Basic/FEED/EPC contracts under the Technical Safety Department Manager
* Support project HSE compliance in the design phase and enhance technical HSE performance
* Interface with external safety consultants for permitting and specialized studies
* Contribute to risk assessment, loss prevention, and safety distance/ergonomics considerations in engineering design
* Act as Focal Point coordinator for THSE aspects in Wood projects
* Guide development of THSE and strengthen experience through project involvement Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years of experience in a similar role
* Experience chairing HAZID/HAZOP workshops; SIL allocation and LOPA studies
* HSE aspects in engineering design (safety distances, ergonomics, fire & gas)
* Knowledge of CE marking according to European Safety Directives
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Eligibility to work in Italy
* Availability for business trips
* TUV (or equivalent) Functional Safety certification is a plus
