Overview As a Field Service Engineer & Technical Support Specialist, you will support customers across Southern Europe with emphasis on Italy, delivering hands-on electromechanical service for water treatment equipment. You will work closely with sales and account teams to identify upgrades and support technical-commercial proposals, while ensuring safety and reliability at customer sites. The role combines field service, diagnostics, and project support to drive equipment performance and customer satisfaction. This position offers hands-on impact in a growth-focused company and requires travel across Italy to service installations. Retribuzione / Benefits

* Install, start-up, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial water treatment and dosing systems at customer sites
* Provide remote and on-site technical support for electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and process issues
* Conduct preventive maintenance and propose reliability improvements
* Support Food & Beverage and Industrial Water Treatment customers
* Assess needs and identify upgrades, retrofits, and optimization projects
* Prepare technical and commercial quotations for equipment, parts, services, and upgrades
* Coordinate service activities with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
* Support Sales and Account Management with technical input during visits and project development
* Prepare service reports, equipment assessments, and maintenance recommendations
* Ensure compliance with Solenis safety standards and customer site requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and growth of Equipment and Solutions business Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
* Customer-focused
* Excellent problem solving
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Electromechanical troubleshooting (electrical systems, motors, pumps, dosing equipment, instrumentation)
* Experience with Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, Utilities, Process Industry sectors
* Reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, mechanical drawings
