* Maintain accurate financial records and support P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and management reporting
* Run daily finance operations including reconciliations, AP/AR, supplier invoices, payments and expense processing
* Assist month-end and year-end closing with journals, accruals and schedules
* Support tax and statutory compliance, VAT submissions with external advisers
* Contribute to budgets, forecasts and cost monitoring, flag variances and efficiency opportunities
* Prepare audit documentation and liaise with auditors to strengthen controls
* Support continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls
* Coordinate with HQ finance and cross-functional teams on reporting and information requests Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* Min. 3 years post-graduate experience in finance or accounting (bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end)
* Working knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements, including VAT
* Experience with external accountants, tax advisers and auditors
* Experience in a subsidiary of an international group and reporting to foreign HQ is a strong plus
* Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP or accounting system
