Key responsibilities
* Run outbound sales by email and phone, covering new sales, upselling, client retention and renewals
* Source and contact prospective and existing business clients
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
* Analyse and qualify leads to understand each client's business needs
* Talk with decision-makers about their challenges and propose relevant solutions
* Explain the benefits and features of cloud products and available upgrades Requirements
* Native-level or C1 Italian
* C1 Business English
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development is preferred
* Familiarity with CRM systemsStrong accountability, persuasiveness and written communication
* Confident PC and browser use, plus a basic understanding of cloud services
* Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
* Diploma or bachelor's degree
