* Monitor, evaluate and improve HSE Plans and implement improvement actions
* Supervise contractor/subcontractor activities and verify site documentation
* Review and prepare Safety Plans for construction sites
* Review project drawings and POS to identify H&S issues
* Ensure HSE information is visible on site and documentation is compliant
* Prepare and maintain the site H&S files per PSC, POS and legal requirements
* Develop emergency plans and establish key information for utilities and services
* Control subcontractor H&S through briefings and discussions Requisiti fondamentali
* HSE construction experience (3–5 years)
* Experience in energy projects is an advantage
* University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus
* Knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation
* Fluent English and fluent Italian
* HSE planning and on-site safety management
* Regulatory compliance (Italian HSE Legislation)
* Emergency planning and coordination
* Site documentation and file management
* Coordination with subcontractors and briefing
