Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent & People Development Department based in Milan. The resource will support the team in the following activities:
* Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding);
* Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs;
* Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities;
* Support the TA and EB team in the monitoring of the candidate's experience satisfactory. Qualifications &

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects;
* Master in HR will be considered a plus;
* Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
* Fluent both in English and Italian;
* Agile mindset and \"thinking out of the box\" approach;
* Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
