* Assess market size, trends, and competitors to identify offering gaps and ABB’s positioning.
* Capture market and customer requirements and convert them into offer specifications and development actions.
* Manage technical specifications and help build the business case for ACBs.
* Support customers and the sales team on technical topics related to ACBs.
* Maintain product ecosystem artifacts (master data, documentation, configuration tools).
* Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver value incrementally. Requisiti fondamentali
* Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related)
* Strong ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
* Good English communication skills
* Genuine interest in electrical products and technical solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Results-oriented with an innovation focus
* Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (a plus)
* Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker tech (a plus)
* Product management or engineering experience in electrical/industrial sector (a plus)
