* Apply Generative AI capabilities in cloud and on-prem environments
* Develop and validate ML models and implement production deployment
* Design and build scalable data pipelines from experiments to production
* Identify business opportunities and drive ML initiatives
* Lead ML Engineers and coordinate multiple projects
* Engage with stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes Requisiti fondamentali
* 5+ years of production experience in Data Science or Software Engineering
* 6–12 months of Generative AI deployment experience
* Vector database knowledge appreciated
* Understanding of data structures and software architecture
* Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Scala, Java, C++)
* Experience building infrastructure for data scientists and ML practitioners
* Strong knowledge of Spark/Databricks (plus)
* Experience deploying ML solutions on public cloud platforms and cross-cloud with Snowflake knowledge (plus)
* Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, Keras)
* Ability to design production ML pipelines and MLops practices (CI/CD, containerization)
* Experience mentoring juniors and building client relationships
