* Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platform
* Ensure user accounts and content meet community guidelines
* Review and take action on sensitive advertisement materials
* Maintain high quality standards in every case reviewed
* Enforce content policies with accuracy, empathy, and consistency
* Uphold platform safety and user trust What Was Looking For
* Italian Native/Fluent (C2)
* English Fluent (B2)
* Previous experience in content moderation is a plus, but not required
* Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
* Able to remain neutral and objective when handling sensitive content
* Calm under pressure and resilient in a fast-paced environment
* Empathetic, motivated, and positive-minded

What We Offer
* Base

Salary:
1,000 gross/month
* Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
* Relocation Package Includes: o Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months o Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months o Rent is just 280/month (all bills included), deducted directly from your salary
* Paid Training and full onboarding support
* Work with a friendly, international team in a dynamic environment
* Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
