We're looking for a a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy in a hybrid working mode. You will manage and oversee the integration efforts of our client across various streams in Italy (preferrably North of Italy). The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects. She/he will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, driving strategic initiatives and achieving project objectives within scope, time and budget. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Report and elevate to management as needed
* Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements
* Have solid IT Project Management experience
* Practical experience with Agile Scrum and Jira
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
* Solid understanding of Agentic AI and practical experience with AI-SDLC
* Able to drive full planning cycle on a large-size project
* Effectively manage reporting on all levels.
* Support project team to improve quality and transparency of reporting artifacts
* Able to scale SDLC for larger projects, multiple parallel teams and deliverables
* Able to consult technical stakeholders on engineering excellence
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Native Italian, Fluent English skill is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
