* Own end-to-end project execution for datacenter initiatives from intake through close-out
* Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and change-management standards in live datacenters
* Coordinate between Datacenter Operations, Engineering, Construction, IT/Network teams, vendors and contractors
* Identify risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans with relevant teams
* Troubleshoot service incidents and escalate to meet SLAs/OLAs with minimal disruption
* Monitor costs and resource utilization to stay within budgets and timelines Requisiti fondamentali
* High School Qualification or equivalent, AND experience supporting IT equipment or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience
* Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND experience in physical IT infrastructures OR equivalent experience
* Applicable certifications: APICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, CDCP, CCNA Certifications, ITIL, MOF certifications
* Background check requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
* Stakeholder management
* Strong communication
* Proactive risk awareness
* IT infrastructure experience (Servers, SANs, Networking)
* DC rack/enclosures and cabling
* Capacity planning and utilization
