Head of Marketing

pAt OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, we’re looking for a hands‑on, AI‑native marketer who wants to take ownership of marketing and help shape how we do it. /p /brpAI is a core part of how we work. We’re looking for someone who already uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us what they’ve achieved with them. /p /brpThis is also a technical role. We’ve built our own analytics, newsletter, and marketing automation systems, so you should be comfortable working with technical tools, setting up a local development environment, and using tools like Claude to help you navigate technical tasks. /p /brpYou won’t be joining an established marketing team or following a fixed playbook. You’ll have the freedom to talk to our clients, understand our business, find the strongest opportunities, and decide what marketing should focus on next. /p /brh3What You’ll Work On /h3 /brpSeveral areas currently need an owner: /p /brul /brliSEO / GEO / AEO /li /brliContent and collaborations with partners, authors, and bloggers /li /brliMarketing to existing customers, including retention and expansion /li /brliPaid advertising /li /brliClient analytics /li /brliOther marketing opportunities you identify /li /br /ul /brpYou’ll work hands‑on, from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement. /p /brh3Your First Weeks /h3 /brpWe don’t expect you to arrive with all the answers.
