* Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products
* Work as part of the Global Product Industrialization function
* Support analytical method development for protein-based products within Global Technical Operations & Supply Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience in a chemical/biochemical laboratory working with protein-based products, or 5 years of experience for candidates holding a PhD
* Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
* Knowledge of chromatographic techniques using UV, ELSD, MALS, and fluorescence detectors
* Knowledge of SDS-PAGE
* Knowledge of capillary electrophoresis
* Knowledge of immunochemical techniques such as Western blotting and ELISA
* Knowledge of enzymatic reactions
* Knowledge of UV spectroscopy
* Knowledge of mass spectrometry techniques
* Data analysis and statistical evaluation
* Good knowledge of English, written and spoken Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in analytical method development for protein-based products, utilizing a variety of chromatographic and immunochemical techniques.
