SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School’s offering.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships
* Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations
* Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
* Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions
* Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships Qualifications & Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services
* Strong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring
* Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics
* Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, negotiate, and successfully close complex deals
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
* Fluency in both Italian and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus
* Availability to travel Place of work: SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10
- 20136 Milan (3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after successfully completing the probationary period)
