Overview In this role you lead and deliver complex business transformations for clients, including digital and AI transformations, to deliver bottom-line results. You partner with senior leadership, coach cross-functional teams, and drive sustained change through practical solutions. The position sits within Orphoz, a McKinsey Transformation unit focused on execution and value creation. * Lead and deliver complex transformation programs (digital, AI, operational excellence, restructuring) for clients
* Partner with senior client leadership to build capabilities, governance, and processes
* Coach and motivate multidisciplinary teams to drive execution and measurable impact
* Act as a subject-matter expert combining hands-on experience with problem-solving to translate insights into actions
* Lead Orphoz project teams and collaborate with McKinsey strategy teams
* Deliver transformation programs from planning through delivery and sustained impact Requisiti fondamentali
* Master's degree with strong academic record
* 8+ years in project delivery, project management/PMO, preferably in consulting
* Proven people leadership and team development experience
* Strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurially driven
* Experience in business change, transformation/TO, and operational excellence
* Knowledge of project management tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile)
* Functional exposure to AI-related solutions; industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprises
* Willingness to travel on client sites (Mon–Thu)
* Fluent Italian and English
* Track record of delivering measurable client impact
