* Lead a team of 10 Supplier Quality Leaders across project and serial production
* Develop capabilities and performance, support growth, promote autonomy
* Define objectives, manage performance, foster collaboration
* Own QCDTE targets for projects and suppliers and report progress
* Implement action plans to achieve targets and assess improvement opportunities
* Ensure deployment of the SQA process from development to serial production
* Support supplier reviews and assist teams during underperformance or crises
* Manage supplier non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions
* Identify and manage quality risks impacting projects, production, customers, or business continuity
* Participate in escalation processes, provide on-site support, and manage crises
* Contribute to continuous improvement of SQA processes, methods, and tools
* Support supplier panel performance and maturity Requisiti fondamentali
* 10–15 years of experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production)
* 3–5 years of people management experience
* Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel)
* Fluent professional English
* Fluent Italian is mandatory
* Technical
