* work hands‑on on segmentation logics and targeting flows for email marketing campaigns.
* support the mapping and assessment of opportunities to expand into new communication channels.
* assist in the development and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing ecosystem.

* support the preparation of recurring status updates and alignment meetings with business stakeholders. knowledge and skills
* master’s degree in a stem‑related field (considered a plus).
* strong interest in digital product development and client‑focused platforms.
* proficiency in excel, powerpoint and canvas tools.
* basic understanding of agile methodologies and product‑management practices.
* excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
* analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
* ability to collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
* familiarity with product‑management tools (e.g., jira; confluence is a plus).
