* Optimize and monitor cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and operational excellence
* Provide technical expertise and training on DevOps best practices to client teams
* Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives
* Automation tooling experience (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
* Strong CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
* Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP); financial sector experience preferred
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
