Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
* Establish work breakdown structures, coding systems and schedule baselines
* Integrate contractor schedules into a master programme
* Monitor progress against milestones and critical path activities
* Perform schedule variance, trend and delay analysis
* Support short-term look-ahead and recovery planning activities
* Produce schedule performance reports and forecasts
* Ensure schedule quality, consistency and compliance across project teams About You
* Strong planning and scheduling experience
* Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects
* Advanced Primavera P6 expertise
* Strong knowledge of WBS development, baseline management and schedule control
* Experience integrating and assuring contractor schedules
* Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent Italian and English Why Join?
