* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for a new manufacturing site and manage attraction, selection, and onboarding
* Contribute to the People Strategy and implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain employees
* Coordinate workforce planning for the specific business unit and engage local stakeholders
* Drive employer branding initiatives and align recruitment with local market needs
* Oversee performance and talent management, including calibration and development planning
* Lead talent reviews to ensure high performance and development
* Establish constructive relationships with managers, employees, and representatives to foster collaboration Requisiti fondamentali
* 7+ years of HR experience
* Experience in high-volume recruitment projects
* Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
* Experience with greenfield or startup large-scale projects is a strong plus
* Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
* Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence diverse groups
