- from ingestion and processing to advanced analytics, machine learning and agentic automation. Your leadership will shape long-term client partnerships and accelerate digital transformation in industries undergoing rapid change. Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics solutions
* Govern delivery processes, quality and risk across hybrid human-AI workstreams
* Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery performance, escalations and scope management
* Provide technical oversight to ensure scalable, secure and future-proof data architectures
* Build strong client relationships and support pre-sales, proposals and solution design
* Integrate AI agents into delivery workflows to improve speed, quality and operational efficiency
* Guide teams in modern data engineering practices including batch, streaming, ingestion, storage, processing and consumption Requirements
* Proven experience delivering data and analytics projects in complex operational industries
* Strong understanding of data engineering challenges and modern data platform architectures
* Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native platforms such as GCP, Databricks, Snowflake and Kafka
* Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning and agentic automation
* Ability to lead hybrid teams and manage multi-disciplinary stakeholders
* Solid understanding of data security, governance and responsible AI principles
* 5+ years translating business requirements into analytical platforms and actionable insights
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to distil complex technical and business ideas into understandable terms for all stakeholders and teams
* Ability to forecast and create roadmaps, adjusting with new information and changing business priorities, to achieve programme goals
