* Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations across multiple streams
* Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
* Act as trusted advisor to customers and transfer vision into configuration
* Support testing, issue resolution, and post-production knowledge transfer
* Engage in pre-sales activities and translate aspirations into configurable solutions
* Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Participate in internal initiatives focused on optimization and AI adoption
* Deliver 1–3 full-cycle implementation projects in the first year Requisiti fondamentali
* 7+ years in HCM software solutions or systems
* 7+ years of consulting experience
* Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
* Strong stakeholder management and trust-building abilities
* Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on exceptional customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums
* Remote work adaptability and autonomy
* Willingness to travel up to 25%
