* Cover a 360-degree remit: project financing, M&A, project development, contracts, and due diligence
* Assist in legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
* Collaborate with a highly specialized, cross-functional team on market-significant matters Requisiti fondamentali
* Italian law degree with 105/110 minimum and current license to practice in Italy
* Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy & Infrastructure at a comparable firm
* High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
* Vocation for the legal profession, strong negotiation and communication skills
* Global mindset, adaptable in an international environment, eager to grow
