Utilities & Facilities Analyst

pWe are looking for a facilities utilities engineer to join our industrial Team in our Home Care Plant, based in Nova Milanese, Italy. /ph3How you make the difference /h3pThis position is crucial for Bolton. The Utilities Facilities Analyst manages most of the energies provided to the plant, ensuring that the critical infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably. By overseeing the thermal power plant, water plant, heating system, surveillance systems, they guarantee a seamless and continuous process flow. /ppThey are also tasked with overseeing civil works within the facility, which encompasses the maintenance and enhancement of buildings and infrastructure. This ensures a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all employees and operations. Moreover, they play a pivotal role in the maintenance and optimization of the plant’s resources, contributing significantly to the sustainability and productivity of the industrial area. /ph3How your agenda looks like: /h3ulliManagement of facility and utility plants at the site (Thermal power plant, water plant, surveillance system, etc.). /liliManagement of suppliers (in-house and external) to ensure process continuity. /liliManagement of the application for recording and verifying maintenance of the plants. /liliEnsure the execution, recording, and archiving of maintenance for regulatory purposes. /liliAnalyze consumption related to the site plants, developing improvement projects in this area. /liliContinuously update and review maintenance plans for the plants, with the aim of maintaining efficiency within expected standards. /liliManage the execution of projects related to the plants under their responsibility /liliComply with and monitor adherence to safety rules. Report any interventions to remove unsafe conditions. /li /ulh3Your team: /h3pYou will report directly to the Plant Utilities and Facilities Coordinator. /ph3What makes you a great fit: /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor's or master's degrees in engineering field /liliWork

Experience:
any previous experience in production areas is considered a plus /liliTechnical

Skills:
