* Manage end-to-end Couture garment development from handover to final sample approval
* Coordinate with Design, Pattern Making, the Atelier, external suppliers and artisans throughout the process
* Oversee prototype development and fittings ensuring technical feasibility and creative alignment
* Support development of complex constructions, materials and embellishments
* Ensure cross-functional communication and timely collection milestones Requisiti fondamentali
* Minimum 7 years in Product Development in luxury RTW, including at least 3 years in Couture Product Development
* Strong technical expertise in garment construction, luxury fabrics, fitting, and artisanal techniques
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Fluency in Italian, English and French
