* Develop and maintain field survey applications using Java, C++, and related technologies
* Implement modules that interface with Topcon and third-party field equipment
* Collaborate with project managers, team leaders, and software teams to plan delivery and ensure quality
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and application issues
* Support existing mature software while contributing to new features, testing, and documentation
* Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement of software processes Requisiti fondamentali
* 3+ years of professional software development experience with strong Java and/or C++
* Hands-on Android development experience with Android Studio
* Strong understanding of OOP, software design, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading
* Experience with development tools, version control, debugging, testing, and documentation
* Knowledge of bug tracking systems such as JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
* Familiarity with c++20, boost, asio, gRPC, protobuf, mqtt, ntrip, rtcm, NMEA, cryptography, static analysis, memory optimization, C++ templates, sql, multithreading, lockfree, docker, geometry (advantage)
