About The Role
We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon. You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction. Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. What You’ll Do
* Respond to customer queries through social media and digital platforms.
* Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
* Manage complaints professionally and elevate complex cases when needed.
* Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
* Follow established quality standards and company procedures.
* Meet individual productivity and performance targets. What You Bring
* Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
* Intermediate English (B1/B2).
* Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Contract & Working Conditions
* 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
* Full-time: 40 hours per week.
* 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
* Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.
