Join Qonto as a Software Engineer in the Engineering Efficiency team to reduce time-to-market by removing friction and building reliable internal tools. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Efficiency Lead to empower backend and web engineers across the fintech platform. Expect a remote-friendly setup, AI-native tooling, and a fast feedback loop that measures impact. You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping scope and prioritizing value for engineers.
Responsabilità- Build trustworthy tools and streamline releases through proactive stakeholder communication
- Define success metrics before coding and iterate on adoption based on feedback
- Deliver reliable, maintainable solutions while avoiding over-engineering
- Own the work from initial commit to final resolution with clear plans
- Shaped scope and manage risks to meet timelines and avoid blockers
- Infrastructure and delivery tooling exposure (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Argo CD / Argo Rollouts)
- Discovery mindset and strong stakeholder communication
- Solid software fundamentals with emphasis on observability, testing, and maintainability (Go)
- Product thinking with impact measurement and adoption focus
