In this role you support the Global Accounting operating model and act as a bridge between Global Finance and Regional Accounting teams. You contribute to a structured reporting framework and help roll out new accounting processes, ensuring accurate, consistent data across regions. You will oversee reporting activities and assist audits, playing a key part in governance and process improvement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a historic luxury house with a focus on reliable, high-quality financial reporting.

- Liaise between Global Accounting and Regional Accounting teams on day-to-day activities
- Coordinate collection, validation, and consolidation of regional accounting data
- Develop and maintain recurring accounting reports and management information
- Monitor regional deliverables, deadlines, and data quality issues
- Assist in implementing new accounting processes, controls, and governance
- Prepare analyses and reporting materials for Global Accounting decisions
- Maintain process documentation and governance materials
- Coordinate testing and rollout of process and reporting improvements
- Support accounting and company reporting activities for accuracy and consistency
- Support internal and external audits with information requests and documentation
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and reporting enhancements
- 4–6 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, Finance or Audit
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with various stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is preferred
- Project-oriented mindset and continuous improvement approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
