Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you ensure GDP/GMP compliance across logistics, maintain and improve the QMS, and drive quality improvements in end-to-end processes. You will draft SOPs, manage deviations and CAPA, and support supplier qualification and inspections. You collaborate across teams to sustain compliance and enable safe, efficient distribution of medicines. - Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP and applicable regulations across logistics activities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Draft, review, and approve SOPs, operational instructions, and quality documentation
- Manage deviations, non-conformities, CAPA, and change control processes
- Oversee complaints, returns, and product recall activities
- Conduct and support supplier qualification, including audits
- Prepare for and support customer and regulatory inspections
- Deliver training programs and staff qualification
- Review validation documentation (DQ, IQ, OQ) and risk assessments
- Verify storage and transport conditions, including temperature control
- Degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, CTF, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in pharma (manufacturing and/or logistics)
- QP qualification considered a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of QMS (paper-based and eQMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems
- Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
- Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently with priorities and deadlines
- Good command of English and proactive problem-solving attitude
