Internship – IT Helpdesk

We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on an internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy.

• University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
• High school diploma as IT Technician
• Strong passion for IT and system administration

• System Administration
  • Windows Server
  • Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented)
• Networking
  • TCP/IP fundamentals
  • NAT / NAT forwarding
  • Firewall configuration
  • VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
• Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
• Apache
• MySQL
• PHP
  (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)

As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:

• First and second-level IT support
• Technical backoffice and ticket managementInstallation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Support in managing network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
• Supporting server and backend service management

• Paid internship with a monthly allowance of €800
• Internship duration: up to 6 months
• Dynamic and growth-oriented technical environment
• Training and mentoring opportunities in system administration and networking
