You will:- Develop a deep understanding of your domain, becoming the go-to expert on customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Identify meaningful customer and business problems, understand their root causes, and shape improvements that drive user and business outcomes.
- Use data to analyze user behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
- Maintain clear product documentation and ensure important knowledge, decisions, and learnings are accessible within your domain.
- Contribute to roadmap and prioritization decisions in alignment with strategic goals, taking increasing ownership as you grow.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other functions to shape and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Communicate clearly across teams to drive alignment on problems, decisions, and priorities.
- Use experiments, research, prototypes, and data analysis to validate assumptions.
- Define, measure, and track success metrics to evaluate the impact of new features and iterations.

- A bachelor's degree , preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative or technical field from a top university
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product, analytics, engineering, consulting, growth, strategy or another analytical environment, ideally in marketplaces or consumer tech.
- A strong sense of ownership , taking initiative when the path forward is unclear.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and use evidence to reach conclusions.
- Strong customer curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind behavior and feedback.
- Comfort with data and metrics . SQL is a plus; willingness to learn it is expected.
