In this role, you lead the Gas Turbine Carbon Capture program to decarbonize turbines, coordinating cross-functional teams across CCUS and related functions. You’ll drive the program execution plan, manage schedule and budget, and lead risk and issue mitigation. You collaborate with external partners and customers to position innovative CCUS solutions, and you travel internationally to engage stakeholders. You shape the program’s impact by delivering product requirements and ongoing status visibility.

- Develop the program execution plan with necessary functions and milestones
- Maintain and report the program schedule and budget, including updates
- Lead corrective action and mitigation planning to minimize variances
- Oversee day-to-day program management and drive execution to meet product requirements
- Run recurring program status reviews
- Report overall program status, risks and outlooks
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent with a background in related field
- First experience in program and/or project management, preferably in oil & gas, industrial markets, or energy transition
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving approach
- Willingness to travel internationally to visit customers, partners, suppliers and Baker Hughes locations
