Overview

In this role, you will support and manage transfer pricing engagements for a European client base from Madrid. You will work within the Transfer Pricing team to deliver technically sound, business-driven solutions across multi-jurisdictional projects. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery, while identifying process improvements and commercial opportunities. This role offers exposure to a growing practice within an industry-leading firm and a path to professional development.

Responsabilità
  • Proactive project management for on-time delivery with technical excellence
  • Mentor junior staff on client delivery and technical skills
  • Lead day-to-day client coordination and communication
  • Provide project status updates to senior management
  • Identify critical project points and raise them with leadership
  • Contribute to process and technical improvements for the team
  • Build internal and external relationships with clients
  • Identify commercial opportunities with existing clients
  • Interpret new and existing transfer pricing tax rules
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 3 to 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a tax advisory or transfer pricing consultancy (preferably Luxembourg)
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing in the financial services industry (preferably alternatives)
  • Experience in analyses such as interest rate benchmarking and credit rating, and in TP documentation
  • Strong technical skills and commitment to professional development
  • Project ownership and ability to drive delivery, planning, and prioritization
  • Client-focused and commercially aware
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Business Economics/Finance/Financial Analysis or related field
