Within the Sales team, Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with ethnic minimarkets and gas station accounts in specific geographical areas. They must achieve all elements of Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility and additional placements, to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products. The role operates in a field-based environment across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Cover all agreed outlets effectively at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner and manage and develop the designated territory.
- Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements and messaging.
- Build quality relationships with foreign store stakeholders through effective communication.
- Influence decision makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
- Influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability and ensure fair stock levels for proper range availability and visibility to consumers.
- Secure and, where possible, improve the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull.
- Place POS material, ensuring it is correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.
- Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
- Measure, track and audit key in-store metrics using specific digital tools.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English language knowledge is required.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience in FMCG.
Field-based within a designated geographical area.
Salary- Annual gross salary starting from €25,600, based on level of experience, technical skills and scope of responsibilities.
- The National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio) applies.
