Overview

As People & Legal Manager, you will build and scale our people infrastructure to support rapid European growth in a fast-growing healthtech environment. You will lead recruitment for technical, commercial and business-critical roles, shape HR policies and compensation frameworks, and coordinate legal and employment matters with external advisors. Your work enables scalable people operations across multiple markets while partnering with leadership to drive strategic people initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a pragmatic multitasker who can translate legal advice into practical actions and help the business grow responsibly.

Responsabilità
  • Lead recruitment across Europe for technical, commercial and critical roles and manage an effective hiring pipeline
  • Define employment and contractual frameworks across European and international jurisdictions, including EOR solutions where appropriate
  • Coordinate employment contracts, consultancy agreements, offers, onboarding and offboarding documents
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook aligned with scaling needs
  • Design and benchmark compensation packages and incentives, including bonuses and benefits
  • Support ESOP/stock option and equity incentive plans with senior leadership and external advisors
  • Assist with annual compensation reviews, promotions and organizational planning
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on payroll inputs, budgeting and headcount forecasting
  • Serve as primary liaison with employment and corporate lawyers, coordinating requests and follow-ups
  • Support senior leadership on selected legal and operational matters with external advisors when needed
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 3–5 years in People/HR, People Operations, HRBP, employment/legal operations or similar
  • Experience managing recruitment, including technical and senior profiles
  • Solid understanding of employment contracts, compensation structures and HR policies
  • Exposure to international hiring across multiple European countries
  • Comfort working with external lawyers; legal background or exposure to employment/corporate law is a plus
