Description
TECNICAER is an engineering and architecture firm specializing in integrated BIM-based design for both public and private sector projects.
The services offered encompass architectural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)/technological, and structural design, with particular expertise in the healthcare, educational, and correctional/government facility sectors.
Drawing on extensive experience with complex contracts, the firm plays an active role in the comprehensive management of projects—from the tender phase through to construction supervision and safety coordination during execution—covering every stage of the design process.
Architect / Engineer for the Tenders Department
- Degree in Architecture / Building Engineering;
- Knowledge of public procurement regulations;
- Ability to work effectively within a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Creativity and a strong aptitude for research;
- Prior experience in design firms or construction companies is preferred;
- Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken).
Required activities:
- Analyzing tender documentation and developing technical proposals;
- Drafting technical reports, preparing graphic documentation, and handling various editing tasks;
- Modeling and rendering buildings or specific building components;
Required Software:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – advanced proficiency;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project);
