Our in-house CAO is exclusively dedicated to our aircraft fleet of over 25 aircraft and is launching a state-of-the-art Aircraft Maintenance facility at Parma Airport in Q2-2026.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Certifying Staff B1.2 or B3 (Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Piston Aeroplanes) located in Parma, Emilia Romagna. The role involves leading in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.

• Performing maintenance tasks on our fleet of Cessna, Piper and Diamond Aircraft
• Provide technical support
• Ensure the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities
• Work in liaison with the Engineering Team
• Participate in shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern

• EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License Cat. B1.2 or B3

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
• Previous experience in piston aircraft maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
