Sowind Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Italy (Milan area), who will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across Italian and Southern European markets for two iconic high watchmaking Maisons, Ulysse Nardin and Girard‑Perregaux.
This is a highly operational, hands‑on role at the heart of the business. You will support Regional Brand Directors and act as a key link between Headquarters and wholesale partners, ensuring that commercial execution runs smoothly in an environment where agility, autonomy, and problem‑solving skills are essential. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between Headquarters and wholesale partners, combining strong operational precision with a commercial and brand‑driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Manage invoicing processes in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support follow‑up activities.
- Maintain and update sales and customer data in ERP systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis using Excel and ERP data (sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory).
- Coordinate product allocations and daily commercial requests between Headquarters and wholesale partners (invoices, consignments, loan items, etc.).
- Support smooth and efficient execution of all sales operations across markets.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across wholesale partner channels (online and in‑store) in line with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing and POS materials, including ordering, tracking, and stock management.
- Support co‑marketing initiatives and events with Headquarters, wholesale partners, and suppliers, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Assist in CRM activations, localization of HQ materials (incl. translations), and monthly press coverage reporting.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing coordination role, ideally within the luxury sector
- Experience in the watch industry is a strong advantage
- strong command of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is required
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, solution‑driven, and customer‑focused mindset
- Fluent in English (C1) and native in the local language; French is a plus
