Active involvement in the structuring and execution of financing transactions with Italian large corporate clients
Analysis and assessment of companies' business profiles, financial performance, capital structures and credit fundamentals
Preparation of financial analyses, credit assessments and transaction materials
Support in structuring tailored financing solutions across loan and capital markets products
Preparation of client presentations, marketing materials and financing proposals
Review of term sheets, financing documentation and key transaction terms
Coordination with internal counterparties, incl. DCM, Syndicate, Rating Advisory, Coverage, and M&A teams
Active involvement in internal approval processes, including drafting memos / credit papers
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
