As Experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant in Data & AI Ethics, you will help clients adopt responsible AI and data practices. You will work across national and international contexts to design governance frameworks, conduct impact assessments, and align AI strategies with global regulations and ethical standards. The role blends technical AI delivery with governance advisory to mitigate societal and ethical risks. You will contribute to developing AI assurance tools and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsabilità- Lead AI and data ethics projects for multinational clients across industries and the public sector
- Contribute to developing AI assurance solutions (bias auditing, LLM safety pipelines, red-teaming)
- Support governance frameworks for responsible AI and data, ensuring regulatory alignment
- Perform risk assessments and impact analyses on societal and ethical AI risks
- Translate legal and policy requirements into technical and organizational actions
- Interpret technical documents to assess regulatory compliance and communicate concepts to non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with ISO/AI Act like standards and regulatory expectations
- 3–5 years in consulting or tech-focused roles (data science, ML engineering, AI specialist)
- Degree in STEM or equivalent technical background
- Hands-on end-to-end data science/ML project experience
- Proficiency in Python and ML/LLM libraries (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain)
- Knowledge of modern LLM/agentic AI frameworks and prompting techniques
- Familiarity with AI assurance techniques (bias evaluation, explainability, monitoring)
- Familiarity with AI governance standards and EU AI Act or similar
- Ability to translate requirements into technical specs and communicate with non-technical audiences
- Teamwork and mentorship experience
- Advanced English skills
- Nice to have: risk assessment, policy, cloud development (AWS, Azure), Generative AI experience
- Nice to have: proposal writing for funding, experience with fine-tuning LLMs
- Experience in regulatory compliance and data governance
